Elizabeth Holland is a Registered Clinical Counsellor practicing in Victoria, British Columbia. With a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology (UBC), she works with adults and young adults from diverse backgrounds, providing support, encouragement and guidance, while creating a warm and non-judgmental environment in which her clients can explore and resolve the challenges they are facing. 

Elizabeth believes that people have the potential to grow and to make the positive changes they want to see in their lives and relationships, and that professional counselling can help people succeed in making these changes.

Working with a variety of techniques, Elizabeth customizes her approach to each client's needs. With theoretical and practical contributions from Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, and Body-Centred theories (among others), she is able to help clients work through their challenges at a pace with which they feel comfortable.

Overcoming Anxiety and Panic Workshop 

Anxiety and panic are very common, but also very difficult to deal with on your own. This workshop will help you understand anxiety and panic and give you practical strategies and resources for dealing with them, so you can go from getting through the day to actually enjoying life again.

In this workshop you'll learn:



• What anxiety and panic are, and why we experience them

• How to tame anxious thoughts and deal with panic

• How to help your body work with you instead of against you in stressful situations

Elizabeth is now offering group therapy for anxiety and panic, incorporating education and therapy within a supportive small-group setting.
