Practice Information

Counselling is about connection. If you feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, or caught in old patterns of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or perfectionism, you do not need to go through this time alone. Through a warm, relational, and trauma-informed approach, I offer a space to slow down, build connection, and feel more grounded, supported, and at ease in yourself. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, and move toward greater self-trust.

If you're struggling with self-esteem, navigating a transition, or noticing patterns you can't seem to change, therapy can offer relief. We can explore what is going on and tools that can help, and work towards your goals.

My approach is grounded in trust and connection so that you can feel comfortable. I listen deeply, while also offering gentle guidance and tools you can use between sessions. I welcome and affirm people of all genders, cultures, orientations and bodies. What matters most is that you feel safe, respected and emotionally supported.

I feel honoured to do this work. It truly is a privilege to hear someone’s story and accompany them as they pursue their goals. My passion for connection and collaboration creates a safe and grounded space to explore yourself and move towards growth and healing.
