Practice Information
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles you can’t seem to break?
Life transitions, work stress, relationship challenges, or painful past experiences can leave us feeling disconnected, exhausted, and unsure how to move forward. You don’t have to face these struggles alone. Counselling can provide relief, clarity, and new ways of coping — and reaching out for support is a powerful first step.
As a counsellor, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can share openly and begin to make sense of what you’re going through. My goal is to work collaboratively with you, helping you explore new perspectives, build practical tools, and uncover the resilience you already carry. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing, and I feel honoured to walk alongside my clients as they take steps toward meaningful change.
Many of the individuals I support are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, self-esteem challenges, or difficulties in relationships. Some come to therapy because they’re overwhelmed by daily demands, others because they feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you’re looking for strategies to manage stress and worry, a space to process loss or trauma, or guidance in building healthier boundaries and self-confidence, I will meet you where you are and tailor the process to your needs.
My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (UBC) and a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy (Yorkville University). I use an integrative, evidence-based approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Somatic techniques. This means sessions are personalized — sometimes focused on practical skills and problem-solving, other times on deeper exploration and emotional healing. No two clients are the same, and no two therapy journeys are either.
Clients often describe me as warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth. I bring not only my professional training, but also my genuine care and life experience into the room. I see therapy as a partnership: while I provide guidance, insight, and tools, I also respect that you are the expert in your own life. Together, we will create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful, helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself and others.
If you’ve been wondering whether counselling could help, I encourage you to take that step. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy — in fact, that’s what therapy is for. Wherever you are in your journey, I will meet you there.
If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, I’d be honoured to support you. Together, we can work toward relief from anxiety, healing from past experiences, greater self-acceptance, and a stronger sense of direction in your life.
