Start Investing in What Matters Most—Your Well-Being

Life is hard enough without carrying emotional weight alone.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected in your relationships, or simply not yourself. Maybe you’re anxious, stuck in a pattern you can’t break, or struggling with grief or low self-esteem. You’ve tried pushing through, but nothing seems to change.

That’s where counselling can help.
You deserve to feel better, live better, and connect more deeply—with others and with yourself. Counselling isn’t a luxury—it’s a smart, long-term investment in your life, your health, and your relationships.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and I’m here to help you get unstuck. For years, I’ve helped individuals and couples move past internal battles and emotional pain toward healing, clarity, and lasting change.

My role isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to guide you through the process of healing using evidence-based tools, practical support, and genuine care. You already have strength within you. I’ll help you reconnect with it.

Here's How We Work Together

  1. Book your free 15-minute consultation – Let’s talk about what’s been hard and see if we’re a good fit.
  2. Get a personalized counselling plan – We’ll explore what’s getting in your way and create a path forward.
  3. Move toward lasting change – With support, tools, and insight, you’ll begin feeling stronger and more in control of your life.

Issues I Help With

Whether you’re looking for help individually or with a partner, I support people through a wide range of struggles:

  • Couples therapy: Improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection.
  • Relationship issues: Family, friendships, work dynamics, and more.
  • Anxiety & stress: Learn how to manage and reduce daily tension and worry.
  • Grief, loss, and depression: Find healing in the face of sadness and emptiness.
  • Self-worth and identity: Rebuild your confidence and sense of purpose.
  • Sexuality & intimacy concerns
  • Work, school, or life transitions
  • Substance use challenges
  • ...and other life struggles that feel too heavy to carry alone.

My Counselling Approach

I use a blend of research-based, personalized therapies including:
Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and more.

Every person and relationship is unique, so I tailor my approach to your needs and learning style—always with the goal of creating deep and lasting change. I also continue my training regularly to offer the most effective, up-to-date care.

Making Counselling Work for You—Financially and Emotionally

You know it’s time to get support—but you might be wondering: Can I really afford this?

I get it. Mental healthcare should never feel out of reach. I believe counselling should be accessible, fairly priced, and a meaningful investment in your life and wellbeing.

I’ve set my rates thoughtfully to reflect the quality of care I offer—while doing my best to ensure therapy doesn’t become a financial burden. My fees follow the recommendations of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and reflect my commitment to making support available to as many people as possible.

My Rates

  • Individual Counselling: $195 for a 60-minute session
  • Couples Counselling: $240 for a 90-minute session

I also offer a free 15-minute consultation (phone or video) so you can get a sense of whether I’m the right fit for you—before making any financial commitment.

Tip: Even if your provider isn’t listed, don’t assume you’re not covered—it's worth checking with your HR department or benefits provider.

Need Help with Insurance?

If your plan doesn’t currently cover RCCs, there’s good news:
Employers can often update coverage easily—and at no additional cost.

Most benefit plans already include Psychologists or Social Workers. Including RCCs expands your options and helps your counselling dollars go further. I’ve even put together a simple email template you can use to ask your HR rep to add RCC coverage to your plan.

I’m Also Approved For:

  • ICBC (motor vehicle accident-related counselling)
  • CVAP (Crime Victim Assistance Program)

If you’re eligible for these programs, your sessions are mostly covered, with only a small co-pay.

Let’s Make This Easy

You don’t have to figure this out on your own.

Book a free consultation and I’ll help walk you through your options—including how to make the most of your insurance or funding program.

  • Affordable, high-quality care
  • No-obligation consultation
  • Help navigating coverage

Your mental health is worth the investment—and I’m here to help make it work for you.
