Practice Information
Have you ever had the sense that something’s missing—like you're going through the motions, but not fully connecting with the world or even with yourself? At times, it might feel like you're putting on a version of yourself that doesn’t quite match how you feel deep down. Whether that’s intentional or not, it can lead to feelings of disconnection, anxiety, or strain in your relationships.
My work focuses on making room for your whole self, including the parts that may have been hidden, quieted, or overlooked. I offer a supportive, focused space where we can gently unpack what’s getting in the way of your well-being and work together toward a deeper, more honest connection with yourself and those around you.

In a world full of noise, pressure, and expectations about who we should be, it can be hard to simply be yourself. I approach therapy with curiosity, not judgment—holding space for your unique story, no matter what you’ve been through. You can expect a grounded, respectful atmosphere where we’ll explore your emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations together at a pace that feels right for you.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, so I check in regularly to make sure we're aligned and that your needs are being heard and honoured as they evolve.
Whether you're seeking more honest self-expression or just feeling overwhelmed by life in ways you can’t quite name, I invite you to reach out for a free 20-minute phone consultation. Doing this kind of inner work is brave—and you don’t have to do it alone.
Clients often describe me as kind, grounded, and straightforward, with a calm, steady presence. I work from a place of empathy and accountability, creating a space where you can safely explore what’s coming up for you—emotionally, mentally, and physically—with support and responsiveness.
Originally from Canada, I feel grateful to live and practice on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples, including the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations, in what is now known as Victoria.
Connection, curiosity, and presence are at the heart of my work. My path has taken me through a range of environments, each offering lessons in resilience and adaptability. I know what it’s like to navigate spaces shaped by dominant norms—and how easily that can leave someone feeling out of place. That experience fuels my commitment to honouring the full complexity of who we are and creating space for genuine connection.
I value practices like mindfulness, yoga, time in nature, and exploring diverse perspectives through travel. If you have questions or need clarity before working together, I’m always open to a conversation to help you feel at ease.
