Overthinking, relationship conflict, low mood and a deep sense of overwhelm can feel like issues that continue to recycle throughout your life. Sometimes traumatic events, difficult childhoods or painful experiences can shake the ground beneath your feet and cause you to feel unstable and isolated. These struggles can show up in a variety of ways across the lifespan and cause unwanted symptoms and lead you to feel stuck, limited or hopeless.
