Hi and Welcome Here,

Reaching out for counseling is a courageous step. It shows you’re ready for change - and I’m here to support you.

You might seem “fine” on the outside, but inside, you’re often struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or the feeling that something just isn’t quite right. Maybe you’ve been carrying old pain or confusion for years, or you’re navigating a life change such as separation, loss, job changes, immigration, or other transitions that leave you feeling ungrounded and unsure of who you are.

Many of my clients are thoughtful adults who have learned to keep it together outwardly while carrying a heavy emotional load inside—whether grief, tension, exhaustion, or disconnection. You might experience this as numbness, restlessness, or difficulty connecting with yourself and others.

You might relate to:

  • Feeling disconnected from your true self

  • Chronic anxiety, panic, or ongoing unease

  • Difficulty trusting or getting close to others

  • Growing up in toxic or narcissistic family dynamics

  • Struggling with people-pleasing, perfectionism, or shame

  • Feeling stuck in survival mode—fight, flight, freeze, or fawn

  • Challenges setting boundaries or expressing needs

  • Grieving loss of identity or meaningful connection

  • Healing from spiritual or religious trauma

  • Navigating the emotional challenges of immigration from Europe

  • Living with ADHD and seeking an affirming space to understand and work with it

As a German immigrant myself, I understand the complexities of adjusting to a new culture and identity, which shapes how I support clients facing similar transitions.

With 8 years of experience, I work with adults dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma recovery, life transitions, relationship issues, and ADHD.

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate body-centered, mindfulness-based, cognitive, and emotion-focused therapies, informed by recent neuroscience and trauma research, to support meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back—whether old wounds, inner conflicts, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together. You’ll have space to untangle what’s underneath, reconnect with your inner clarity, and take steps toward healing and wholeness. I will offer a compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome.

You deserve to feel safe in your body, confident in your choices, and fulfilled in your life and relationships. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you begin this journey.

What are the next steps?

1. Feel free to book a 20min consultation to find out if we are a good fit.

2. In our first few sessions, we’ll spend time getting to know your story and what brings you in.

3. We'll get clarity on what’s been feeling off, what you’d like to shift, and where therapy can help.

4. From there, our work is a collaborative process - gently exploring patterns and process emotions, experimenting with new perspectives, and noticing what changes.

Along the way, I’ll offer practical tools to help you better understand and process your emotions, reconnect with your needs, move toward the life you want to live and build the relationships you want.

How I work?

I draw from different modalities and mainly look through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while helping you explore and process your feelings somatically using AEDP, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Brainspotting - a powerful body-brain technique.
