“It’s never too late to feel more at home in your own body, mind, and life.”
Are you carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, or big life transitions? Do you sometimes feel disconnected from yourself, or like parts of you are in conflict? I believe healing happens when we create space for all your experiences to be seen and safely held.
I’m Claire Weiss, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over a decade of experience helping adults navigate trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, and the complexities of chronic illness. I’m passionate about working with clients who identify as neurodivergent, or who live with disabilities and health challenges. As a mother, a nature lover, and someone who has lived experience with chronic illness, I understand how life’s challenges shape our bodies, emotions, and sense of self.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in somatic therapy, parts work (like Internal Family Systems), and mindfulness-based techniques. I also offer EMDR for trauma when helpful. Clients describe me as deeply compassionate, down-to-earth, and skilled at helping them feel safe and understood.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I specialize in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Psychedelic Integration Therapy for individuals exploring or integrating psychedelic experiences for trauma healing, anxiety, or personal growth. Whether you’re preparing for a journey, seeking support afterward, or simply curious about how this work might fit into your healing, I offer a trauma-informed, harm reduction approach to guide you safely.
I also provide Clinical Supervision for therapists who wish to deepen their skills in trauma therapy, somatic approaches, and psychedelic integration.
My goal is to help you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself, reduce distressing symptoms, and create meaningful change in your life. Healing is possible, even when it doesn’t feel that way right now.
If you’re curious about working together, I’d be honored to connect for a free 15-minute consultation. Let’s explore what healing might look like for you.
