Practice Information
I support adults—including those with ADHD, autism, and those exploring or adjusting to a late diagnosis—who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling misunderstood, burnt out, or struggling with communication, relationships, or self-worth.
I offer a non-judgemental and affirming space where your experiences are respected. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding and practical ways of navigating life and relationships that align with who you are. You may be exploring a new diagnosis, seeking to better understand yourself, or wanting support in parenting from a neurodiversity-affirming lens. Together, we can talk openly about diagnoses, unlearn old patterns, and develop real, practical strategies that make everyday life feel more manageable and authentic.
I work alongside my therapy dog - Charlie, who helps foster comfort, connection, and regulation in sessions.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I draw from somatic, trauma-informed, and relational practices to help you reconnect with yourself, unlearn internalized ableism, and create a life that fits.
Direct billing is available to make the process of accessing counselling easier and more convenient.
My work is informed by over a decade of supporting families in crisis and my own lived experience as a neurodivergent adult. By integrating personal insight with professional expertise, I help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and strategies that produce tangible, positive change.
