Practice Information
My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a deep trust in the innate wisdom that is already inside you. Together, we’ll explore what’s been showing up in your life—whether it’s anxiety, self-criticism, self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship struggles, inner conflict, or feelings of being stuck—and uncover the hidden messages and stories behind those symptoms. I use a non-pathologizing approach which means we won’t focus on seeing your symptoms and struggles as bad, wrong, or needing to be fixed. We will listen to the wisdom your body, emotions, and protective patterns hold, and allow them to guide the path to deeper understanding and healing.
I use an intuitive and integrative approach to healing that utilizes a variety of trauma-informed, holistic, and compassionate approaches - somatic therapy, internal family systems, inner child work, nervous system healing, mindfulness practices, guided imagery, energy healing, hypnotherapy, and more. These approaches help us go deeper than traditional talk therapy, and to gently unravel the layers that may be keeping you from a healthier relationship with yourself and others.
