I am inspired by connections with people and believe that every person holds within themselves their infinite potential. I work with clients’ uniqueness, providing a tailored approach where they feel empowered towards reaching their goals. I help people expand their “emotional intelligence toolbox” by exploring/practicing emotion regulation strategies, soothing skills, healthy communication and relational patterns.

I am a trauma-informed therapist, doing ongoing training on attachment, parts work, somatic techniques and nervous system regulation. I hold an EMDR basic training and I am a Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapy Trauma Specialist. I address depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, shame, guilt, dissociation through various approaches that resonate with the client towards changing their unhelpful, recurring patterns. I support clients to navigate life transitions, chronic pain, stress, low self-esteem and identity struggles. My intention is to help them release fear, regain their authentic self and unleash their full potential.
