Struggling to trust others or repeating painful relationship patterns? I support adults in healing past relationship wounds, understanding and expressing their emotions, and developing a deeper understanding of themselves so they can build secure, fulfilling connections. What we resist tends to persist, which is why turning toward our feelings, rather than away from them, can be so helpful. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences shape your present patterns and emotions, helping you relate more authentically. Through my own healing journey, I’ve learned the importance of a welcoming, non-judgmental space to express yourself.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and person-centred, acknowledging the profound impact trauma can have on emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I believe every emotion holds a valuable message. Through Emotionally-Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we will explore your feelings, process past experiences, and compassionately engage your inner parts to create balance, harmony, and meaningful relationships.
I approach every therapeutic relationship with cultural humility, valuing your unique identity and experiences.
