Practice Information
Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.
Are you feeling stuck in patterns of self-criticism or people-pleasing? Do you struggle with overwhelming emotions, anxiety, or a sense of numbness? Perhaps you find yourself caught in the push-and-pull of relationships, navigating anxious or avoidant attachment patterns. Whatever you're facing, I want you to know that your experiences will always make sense when we consider your unique story and the environment you've grown up in.
What would our work together look like?
While empathy and non-judgemental listening are imperative to my work with clients, I will do much more with you than listen. With your consent, I like to incorporate exercises into our sessions to guide you into a deeper understanding of your inner world, connecting you with younger parts of yourself who are holding onto old patterns, emotions, or beliefs shaped by unconscious pain, fear, or past experiences.
Together, at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you, we’ll work toward creating meaningful internal shifts—fostering deeper insight, self-compassion, and inner balance. As such changes take place within you, they will often extend into other areas of your life, such as your relationships, career, and beyond.
My ultimate goal is to equip you with the skills to navigate both your internal world and life's complexities from a place of inner wisdom, confidence, and strength. In other words, I aim to teach you how to fish instead of fishing for you, so you can continue creating meaningful change and build the life you want long after our work together. Healing is a journey, and this process takes time and effort, but it can be incredibly rewarding and well worth the investment.
