Taking the step to seek the support of a counsellor for yourself or for your loved one is a step toward positive change. Counselling is an opportunity to express yourself and share your experiences in confidence and trust, and to gain new knowledge, perspective and skills.
Together, we will find the right approach to help you feel better, grow, transform and heal. Creating a space of safety and trust through deep listening, empathy, compassion, genuine interest and care is at the heart of my work with you.
My approach to your well-being is holistic (mind, body and spirit). I am also a trained trauma informed counsellor and certified in EMDR. I have extensive experience working with children, youth and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds who have experienced trauma, dysfunctional family dynamics, conflict, anxiety and depression.
