Practice Information

For over 30 years, I have enjoyed working with individuals, couples and families. I believe in using methods that are grounded in theory and research. My goal is to help people help themselves. I view people as resourceful. My role is to facilitate them in accessing and expressing their thoughts and feelings. Self-awareness enables people to access their own resources, allowing them to live the life they want to live. I see myself as a resource for people who want confidential help to deal with personal issues and I strive hard to deliver effective, productive service in a timely manner.

I specialize in working with clients dealing with unhealed traumas, abuse, inner-conflict, panic & anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, low self-esteem, relationship issues and workplace stress.

COVID has turned our lives upside down and alienated us from each other. The pandemic reminds us that we have control over nothing. BUT there is one thing we do have control over—our relationship with ourselves. If we treat ourselves well, our self-esteem goes up, and we feel better about ourselves; we make emotionally healthier decisions and actions.
