Sometimes life feels fragmented. Your body might be tense and restless, your mind racing with thoughts, and your emotions pulling you in directions that seem to contradict one another. In these moments, clarity and ease can feel far away, as though there’s no place where all the pieces come together. Therapy offers a pause; a sacred space to step back, breathe, and gently tune in. Beneath the surface, there is an inner guidance already present, waiting to be heard. Together, we create the conditions for that wisdom to emerge.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as a guide. I support you in reconnecting with your innate resilience and your natural capacity to heal. I believe that healing is less about striving toward a distant version of yourself and more about remembering what has always been there, your wholeness, your aliveness, and your capacity for connection.
The way I work brings together several modalities that speak to both the body and the mind. Through Somatic Experiencing, we listen to the language of your nervous system; those subtle signals of tension, constriction, or relief. This helps to release the echoes of stress and trauma stored in the body, allowing you to find a greater sense of safety and presence. With Gestalt therapy, we bring awareness to what is happening right now, your sensations, feelings, and patterns of thought; so that instead of getting lost in old stories, you can meet your experience directly, with curiosity and compassion. I also draw on the wisdom of Taoist wu-wei and nondual philosophy, which invite us into the art of growth without forcing, and remind us that even in moments of struggle, you are already whole.
In our sessions, we slow down. We notice the details of your experience, the tightening of your shoulders, the tone of a self-critical thought, the sudden wave of sadness, the spark of joy. As we attend to these layers, we uncover the patterns that shape your life and the resources that can support new ways of being. Healing becomes less about chasing change and more about creating space for transformation to naturally unfold.
The process is both gentle and profound. It is rooted in curiosity, trust, and the willingness to stay present with what is real: your thoughts, your emotions, your body. Over time, this kind of presence opens a doorway to clarity. It helps you recognize where you are repeating old cycles and where you have the freedom to step into something new.
Whether you are seeking relief from stress, navigating grief or transition, longing for emotional balance, or simply desiring a deeper connection to yourself, therapy offers a grounded path forward. My commitment is to bring warmth, intuition, and steadiness into our work. I hold space for your unfolding at your own pace—never rushing, never forcing, always honoring the unique rhythm of your journey.
The invitation is simple yet profound: to rediscover your own authentic path, to come home to yourself with compassion
