Hello! My name is Barb.  I have ADHD and I have two neurodivergent kids, one is autistic and one has ADHD . I love working with neurodivergent folks! Whether you are medically diagnosed or self-diagnosed, I accept you for who you are and how you present. 

I might be a good fit for you if:

• you know or suspect you are autistic or have ADHD and you want to learn more about how it impacts your life
• you are a parent of an autistic or ADHD (or both!) kid and need to talk to someone who understands the struggle
• you wonder if you have spent most of your life masking and want to discover the authentic you

I understand no two individuals are the same, and I tailor our sessions together to address challenges unique to you. We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address them with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you’ve always wanted.

I see people from anywhere in BC through virtual sessions (Zoom).
