Practice Information
We all have the potential to transform limiting patterns into deeper self-connection, sustainable well-being, and a life rooted in values.
As a Registered Psychologist in British Columbia and Certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 20 years of clinical experience, I offer evidence-based therapy tailored to you.
My work focuses on supporting adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, chronic worry, obsessions/compulsions, perfectionism, panic attacks, low self-esteem, insomnia, and depression. I have particular expertise in supporting individuals with high-functioning anxiety—those who are successful and high achieving yet struggle with persistent self-doubt and fear of making mistakes. I’m also passionate about working with individuals who are navigating the complex intersections of cultural identity, family dynamics, and mental health.
My role is to provide a space where we can explore difficult issues together with compassion and curiosity. Therapy is a valuable investment in your well-being. I strive to work collaboratively with you to develop effective new approaches so you can move forward with more confidence.
I welcome you to get in touch. I'd be happy to learn more about you and explore how we can work together.
