Counselling Practice Website
Practice Information
Are you neurodivergent and facing challenges in your relationships? If ADHD, autism and/or giftedness are part of your identity, I’m a sex and relationship therapist with lived experience who can help you figure it all out.
I help individuals and couples of all genders and sexual orientations. I am kink and BDSM-friendly and support folks in all types of relationships.
I bring curiosity, compassion and a healthy dose of honesty to our work. With curiosity, compassion and directness, I help you set clear goals. I’ll support you and call you on your BS when needed (with care, of course).
Also available: Clarity Coaching (a.k.a. Discernment Counselling) for couples where one or both partner(s) is unsure about staying in the relationship. Sessions are available online or in-person — and if you visit the office, you’ll meet my sweet therapy dog, Oliver. Curious? Reach out or visit my website to learn more.

Note: I deeply value diversity and social justice. I am cognizant of the privilege I have as a White, cisgender, heterosexual woman. It is an honour to support and learn from those of other races/ethnicities, sexual and gender orientations, physical and mental abilities, religions/spiritualities and other aspects of diversity. I aspire to be an ally of 2SLGBTQIA+ and IBPOC (Indigenous, Black and People of Colour) folks. I use the pronouns she/they.
