Practice Information
Life can feel overwhelming - and you don’t have to face it alone. Many women care for everyone else first, often feeling guilty for taking up space or asking for what they need. You may be struggling with anxiety, self-criticism, relationship issues, or major life transitions that leave you wondering, “Who am I? Is this the life I want?” I help women navigate change with warmth, compassion, and deep emotional support so they can reconnect with themselves and build confidence in who they are.
I offer a warm, safe space to slow down, be heard, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll help you heal, understand yourself more deeply, and take gentle, practical steps toward the life you want - one that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned with your true values. Counselling goals might be to learn how to...
- Prioritize and make the right choices for yourself
- Deal with challenging emotions
- Reevaluate your goals and aspirations
- Build up your self-esteem and confidence
- Be aware of your needs and how to communicate them
- Create balance and deeper connections in your relationships
- Feel relaxed, confident and safe to be yourself
As a Registered Social Worker, I am here to walk alongside you with curiosity, understanding and care - whether you prefer in-person or online sessions. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I’m currently accepting new clients.
Living and working in seven different countries has allowed me to realize how challenging life transition phases can be. As women, we often try to be "perfect," put everything and everyone first, but forget about who we really are and what it is we want from life.
I've learned that we need to take extra good care of ourselves, especially when experiencing demanding life circumstances, and that's why I am passionate about helping other women prioritize themselves.
