Practice Information
We might work well together if you are someone who second-guesses what you want or need. Maybe your relationships feel one-sided, or you're noticing patterns — people-pleasing, resentment, emotional numbing — that leave you feeling disconnected from who you are. I help individuals explore the invisible emotional dynamics in their lives so they can reclaim a sense of identity, understand where their boundaries start and end, and gain the courage to live authentically.
My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is focused on helping you identify your automatic patterns so that you can make conscious, values-based choices. Together, we’ll explore the subtle ways you might be silencing yourself. Our work is about slowing down, tuning in, and pivoting from self-sacrifice to self-connection.
Currently, I am offering in-person and virtual sessions on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. If you think we might be a good fit, feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
