Our relationship is the most important part of therapy. I also use a variety of talk therapy methods, along with techniques that tune into our physical body and mind-body connection for healing and awareness. I'll bring warmth, steadiness, humor, resources, mindfulness, and challenge when needed to our sessions. We'll tailor our time together to meet your specific needs and goals, so we can create a more trusting, open, and effective therapy relationship. My approach is always with anti-oppressive and trauma-informed care in mind.
You can book a free 15-minute consultation for us to get to know each other and see if I'm the right fit for your counselling needs. I look forward to welcoming you to a space of healing and growth.
