Practice Information

People come to therapy for many reasons, but at the end of the day, it all boils down to one driving force: they want to live a fuller, better, happier life; a life in line with their values. I support clients to overcome challenges and make changes by getting out of their minds and into their lives. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, culturally informed, and person-centered. I strive to create a strong relationship built on trust, safety, and positive regard.

Using a (primarily) Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy approach, I support people by exploring unhelpful patterns of thinking and making small changes in their lives, moving them closer to their preferred future.

If you're feeling stuck and looking for support in making some changes in your life, we should chat! I offer a warm and compassionate, yet humourous space for you to explore your inner thoughts. Schedule a free consultation to see if I'm the right counsellor for you (or the young person/kiddo in your life).

Specialized Training

  • I have a Master of Counselling Psychology with specialization working school-aged and youth populations.
