Practice Information
I believe that every client that comes to my office has the power and capacity for growth and healing. It is my job to help you find that inner strength by walking alongside you throughout your journey, offering support and guidance, and by providing education and tools needed to reach your goals. I also incorporate interventions and techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, dialetical behavioural therapy, and mindfulness based approaches.
My approach is to provide a warm, non-judgemental, compassionate space where you can speak freely without expectations or pressure to "have it all together". I offer support by meeting you where you're at, providing a listening ear for you to freely express yourself, and by providing the education, coping skills, techniques and encouragement to reach your goals.
Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all. You deserve support that meets you where you are. If you’re feeling stretched thin, lost in daily life, or just need space to breathe, I invite you to reach out.
