If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, you’re not alone. Many people learn to cope by pushing through, staying busy, striving for perfection, or turning to food, substances, or distraction to get by. These strategies often develop for good reasons, and they may have helped you survive difficult times, but over time they can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and the life you want to be living.
Therapy can be a gentle place to pause, breathe, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. In our work together, we’ll approach your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and compassion. We’ll explore how your past experiences shape your present, how your body holds stress and emotion, and how to loosen patterns that no longer serve you—so you can build greater self-trust, clarity, and ease.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Narrative Therapy. I believe healing happens through safety, connection, and understanding, not pressure or judgment. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are — uncertain, tired, hopeful, or unsure where to begin.
Change can take time and may feel uncomfortable at moments, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a supportive, respectful space where you can explore what matters most to you, discover new perspectives, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic. If this resonates, I’d be glad to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
