You may feel stuck in cycles that leave you feeling lost, and uncertain of yourself or your relationships. Along the way, your feelings, wants, and needs may have been silenced, leaving you disconnected from yourself and caught in patterns that no longer serve you. Overwhelmed by expectations—whether your own or others’—it can be difficult to express how you feel, especially if you’ve been taught to value others’ experiences above your own. This can create a sense of isolation and leave you feeling unseen in your relationships.
In our sessions, I use a combination of EMDR, somatic therapy and parts work. I’ll guide you toward a deeper understanding of yourself by exploring the sensations, thoughts, and feelings that arise as we reflect on the past, present, and future. Together, we’ll uncover the experiences, stories, and patterns that have shaped your life, helping you to understand, accept, and communicate your wants, needs, and desires. The goal is to empower you to create a life that feels authentic and aligned with who you truly are.
