Practice Information
Welcome! I work with youth and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, and trauma. I also work with people who have (or think they may have) ADHD or Autism, especially those new to this diagnosis, navigating relationships, work, school, and self-understanding.
Tailoring treatment just for you, I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and mindfulness. I am 2SLGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming.
With over 30 years of experience in counselling, youth work, education, special education, and non-profit, I bring compassion, insight, and real world understanding to therapy.
I know how important it is to find a counsellor who gets you and understands what you're going through. Therapy is more than a one-sided conversation. I bring experience, authenticity, and a touch of humour. Counselling is a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and positive change. Whatever your concern, I'll be that competent and compassionate ally by your side.
I believe in the power of genuine connection and meaningful conversations. From our first session, I'll provide a safe space as we identify practical steps to cope with life experiences and difficult emotions. Together, we will work towards impactful, long-lasting, positive change.
