JUNGIAN & SOMATIC DEPTH WORK
I work with people who feel called to a Jungian, somatic depth process — those who want to connect to the living light within, those who are longing for a more fulfilled and meaningful life, and are willing to listen to what the body and psyche are asking for.
You may be searching for support and guidance, because you’re finding yourself at a crossroads or a threshold in your life — no longer who you were, not yet who you’re becoming. Something in you has already begun to shift, often catalyzed by a loss, rupture, or awakening that made it impossible to continue living in the old way. You’re listening now. You know there is more — more truth, more aliveness, more depth — and you’re willing to meet what’s emerging, even if the path forward is not yet clear.
You’re seeking a therapeutic process that goes beneath symptom relief — one that supports real transformation, embodiment, and self-trust. You want to understand yourself at the level of psyche and soul, heal old patterns without bypassing them, and come home to a way of living that feels aligned, grounded, and true.
My approach is holistic and experiential, grounded in Jungian psychology and body-centered psychotherapy. We work with the unconscious to reveal the true self through sensation, emotion, imagery, dreams, and relational experience.
In our work together, we may explore:
- early relational and attachment patterns
- childhood and developmental wounds
- emotional and nervous system regulation
- shadow material and parts of the self that have been exiled
- dreams, symbols, and the psyche’s inner language
- the relationship between body and soul
- ancestral and intergenerational patterns
The therapeutic relationship itself is central — a living, attuned space where deeper layers can safely come forward and integrate.
I understand therapy as an initiatory inner journey — one that supports the emergence of your authentic center, the integration of unconscious material, and a more embodied, meaningful way of living. The work is really about coming home to who you truly are — your essence.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Registered Clinical Counsellor designation (BCACC). I’ve been in private practice since 2012 and have been immersed in the field of depth psychology and self-discovery since 2007. My training includes: Jungian Psychology, Body Centered Psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulless, Family Constellations, work with dreams, clinical hypnosis, and expressive therapies.

Client testimonials:
"Agata helped me work through deeply hidden painful experiences from childhood that I had been carrying with me, making personal relationships very difficult. I suffered from heartbreak, abandonment, betrayal, shame and anger. A lot of my childhood was not safe. Agata has the ability to make therapy safe, and is a great guide that allows me to be free to deeply feel whatever comes up emotionally. She is non-judgmental and so patient, calm and caring. I would recommend her therapy sessions to anyone."
"This is the only therapy I feel excited about. Other therapies leave me feeling sad and fragile."
"Agata, I just wanted to say thank you for everything this past year. I truly feel the work I've done with you this year has helped me heal on such a deep level. You are an incredible healer and woman. Thanks for being a model of authenticity. May the next year bring you lots of blessings :)"
“My life prior to seeking counselling was dark, hopeless and full of regret. I felt like I was drowning in my own self-pity. I wasn't healing the issues of my past and present in a healthy way. Intoxicating myself was the only way of relieving stress and helping me run away from the troubles that burdened me.
The way I think about my past and inner critic has been re-wired. Instead of believing the negative voice that’s in my head, I now let it pass with no attachment. Even though I'm still working on this, I let my real voice, my true self, speak as freely as possible. I let it be heard fully and consciously. Letting both voices speak, knowing which voice is truly mine and which one to let go of and pass is something that has shifted and transformed my way of being.”
“Every time I have a session with Agata, I have more insight into my behaviour and the life that I have created, and an emotional shift occurs as well, which leaves me feeling grounded and hopeful to make further changes in my life. It is an empowering therapy process and I am so grateful to have her support in my life. Agata is a very caring and intuitive counsellor who is able to nurture her clients in a compassionate, safe and non-judgmental way that allows for true healing to occur. She not only addresses the mind, but also the emotions that are stuck in the body, which is unique compared to other counsellors I have seen in the past."
“I decided to have an individual session because I felt it was time to seek some help. I had a sense of exhaustion and lack of power. For me, just talking through the problem won't help because I can analyze it myself. But when I work with my subconscious using these techniques, it is when I see the value and result. I now experience fewer panic attacks and anxieties, more self-confidence, more trust in myself and the Universe. My relationships have improved. I am very happy that I found you, Agata and that we can use such amazing tools as hypnosis and family constellations in our sessions.”
"Agata has been guiding me through the grief work related to the loss of my pregnancy and my divorce. Agata is very compassionate and provides a safe space for healing and change to unfold. She has the unique ability of meeting me where I’m at and uses a variety of different techniques and tools to guide me through the obstacles at hand. Her approach is holistic and she focuses on expressing emotions and how they feel in the body."
“What Agata is doing in the therapy room is something much more artful than listening to me. She is gently and skillfully getting me to listen to myself. She tirelessly advocates for the still, small voice that is speaking through bodily complaints and processes.”
“For a long time, I had been searching for peace. I was easily triggered, I wasn’t happy. I was “coping with” most of the time. I was angry. I also had this curiosity to explore inside of me. For most of my adult life I felt uneasy and knew there were answers inside. Answers to who I was and why I was like that. I knew I would find peace by exploring inside my being. It was almost a spiritual calling.
I felt Agata had a different approach, not only scientific but also spiritual, even mystic. With her, I found a different therapy experience, more complete. An analogy I'd use is that of a Sherpa, someone that knows the road but doesn't walk it for you. Someone who knows the perils and the ways to get there, and that stays next to you through the journey, reaching milestone after milestone, celebrating as you do.
Through the work, I obtained a deeper knowledge about myself. And with that knowledge, acceptance has come and many pieces of the puzzle have fallen into place. This has given me a more rounded understanding, perception and acceptance of myself. Through it, that anger that I felt at the beginning has subsided. The intolerance that I many times showed towards others, the reactiveness has been transformed. By being happier with myself I don't have to project the anguish, doubts and anger that I felt onto others. I've become more proud of who I am. I see myself as a more wholesome person with more virtues and attributes than I gave myself credit for before. What was a subconscious shame has been transformed to something I'm grateful for.
I will always be thankful to you Agata for walking my path with me. I'm sure you have helped many people to improve their life experience, you have certainly transformed mine.”
"Agata, thank you very much for the session! My anger is gone :) "
"I highly recommend working with Agata! She provides a professional, insightful calm environment to allow you to discover a variety of solutions and steps to better the challenges you are experiencing in your life. At first, I was nervous but immediately felt at ease talking with her. It has been a powerful experience in bringing awareness to the actions that I take in my life. If you have unresolved traumas or difficult life situations, she is an amazing empathetic counsellor to work to with."
“One day, I lost it. I reached the breaking point. I couldn’t contain the repressed emotions any longer. I punched a hole in a wall and verbally abused my parents. I left, never to return. I almost lost my life a couple times that weekend, driving recklessly and enraged. Throughout the weekend, lots of pent-up tears rolled down my face. This is when I met Agata.
All I wanted in life was love and connection, but anytime love came close, I rejected it because I found it to be draining and anger-invoking. I felt completely out of energy. I wanted to numb myself, so I wouldn’t have to feel the ‘pain’ that I was feeling. I was uncomfortable, unproductive and I couldn’t break free from the invisible force that was keeping me that way. There was a lot of self-victimization. My life was a mess and hope had been slipping away for quite some time. All I had been feeling was depression and anxiety, for months… maybe longer. On and off for years, actually.
I spent all of my life before therapy basically walking around completely unaware of how I was feeling. I was on autopilot. Therapy with Agata taught me how to live a mindful life. I’ve acquired tools that help me to be aware of and to release my emotions. I communicate with others much more easily now than I ever did before. I don’t make assumptions. Emotional problems are now usually resolved before they’ve had a chance to flare up.
I’m simply a more present person and I try to live in a way that I am responsible for whatever happens in my life. I’m healthier, overall. I’ve cleared my head of a lot of repressed energy. I’m more compassionate and caring than I was before therapy. I’m more comfortable just being myself. I’m in tune with my feelings. That’s been life-changing.”
“Thanks for your work with our family. In a way I haven’t seen before, my daughter seems to be curious about looking at herself not just through the lens of addiction.”
