My training and experience in ADHD, Anxiety, and trauma, combined with my use of evidence-based therapies, ensures that each session is tailored to meet your needs. I focus on using a structured and solution-focused approach to provide you with concrete tools and strategies. I'm committed to helping you make progress in a way that feels manageable and effective.
