Practice Information
You may be reaching out because something just doesn’t feel right. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally tired, anxious, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Perhaps you’re carrying experiences from the past that still show up in your day-to-day life, or you’re navigating a transition that has left you feeling unsure of yourself or disconnected from others. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to have it all figured out before starting therapy.
Counselling can be a space where you slow down, breathe, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through. I offer a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore what matters most to you—at your own pace. There is no pressure to be “fixed” or to talk about anything before you’re ready.
My way of working is collaborative and gentle. We focus on understanding your experiences, building emotional safety, and finding practical, meaningful ways to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are; it’s about learning to be kinder to yourself, strengthening your inner resources, and creating space for growth and healing.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. Many of the people I support are looking for a therapist who feels human, present, and respectful—someone who listens deeply and walks alongside them rather than leading or rushing the process.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 15 years of experience and hold Master’s degrees in Counselling Psychology and Clinical Psychology. I have worked with diverse individuals and families across a range of settings, and I bring that experience into my work with sensitivity, curiosity, and care.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or simply ready to take a step toward change, I would be honoured to support you.
