My experience in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside community and services, and my own healing journey have given me a deep acceptance towards the creative ways we cope, and how these affect us. I work from an anti-oppressive stance and a neurobiological perspective of trauma, foregrounding relational attachment, internal family systems, and the inner-child.

Starting personal work with the help of counselling can seem daunting and may bring up uncomfortable sensations and emotions. It’s hard to be vulnerable and open up to your self. I offer a safe, confidential, nonjudgmental space where you can get out of your head by unpacking what’s in there. I’ll meet you where you’re at, and we’ll go from there, together.
