As a Canadian-born Chinese, I deeply understand how our cultural and personal experiences shape our lives, and I bring this rich perspective into my work as a therapist. My own journey through life's uncertainties, healing, and the joys and challenges of motherhood has also profoundly influenced my approach. Whether you're managing anxiety, healing from past wounds, or seeking self-awareness, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your emotions and challenges. I provide support and validation while gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
