As a therapist, I emphasize the relationship and connection to one's body and mind through a trauma-informed, culturally-responsive, holistic lens.
Feeling stuck is uncomfortable and overwhelming; it is a difficult place to be and a difficult place to move out of. It is also not something you have to do alone.
When the painful parts of our lives go unacknowledged, we find ourselves struggling. My role is to help you create space to acknowledge this pain. Together, we will identify and get to the roots of stuck points and harmful patterns so that you can move through life feeling regulated, better resourced, and connected (to yourself, and others).
You deserve to begin moving through your life in a way that doesn't feel difficult. It is possible to make changes that leave you feeling hopeful and fulfilled.
