I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, workplace concerns, ADHD symptoms, and those navigating the various ups and downs of life. With so much on our plates these days, it's easy to feel stuck, exhausted or unsure of how to move forward.  This is where I can be of help - you don't have to do it alone.

You can count on a safe and compassionate space to explore what’s weighing on you. Together, we can work to help calm your system, regulate emotions, improve focus, strengthen relationships, and create a sense of balance in your life. I will bring my knowledge, experience and professional training to our work so that you can feel a sense of direction, guidance and progress in moving towards improving aspects of your life that feel heavy.

I provide counselling services to individuals across B.C., offering flexible options to support you wherever you are.  My office is based in Victoria, so I work locally as well as remotely, ensuring accessibility through online sessions, phone calls, or in-person meetings, depending on your location and preferences.
