Imagine finding Hope & Passion in your Life...

If you feel stuck or frustrated, in emotional pain or a struggling relationship, counselling can help. With respect and patience we will discover how you can meet your deep longings and be free to be your truest self. You deserve to feel good about you.

Tricia is a Registered Social Worker, Counsellor and Therapist working in Fort Langley, BC in the heart of the Fraser Valley. She focuses in the following areas:

Therapy for Childhood Abuse, Relationship Abuse and Trauma:

If you have suffered or currently suffer from physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, it can have devastating effects on your life. Counselling can help you resolve the damaging effects of abuse, which prevent you from having healthy relationships and a gratifying life.

Therapy for Relationship Problems:

Relationship counselling is helpful if you are unhappy in your current relationship or find yourself going from one unfulfilling relationship to another. Relationship therapy helps you overcome unhealthy relationship dynamics so that you can develop a fulfilling and lasting relationship.

Counselling for Coming Out, Gender Identity, and Sexual Identity Questions for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, 2 Spirit and Gender Non-conforming People:

Counselling can help you feel good about coming out as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, 2 spirit, or gender non-conforming and can help you decide how you want to come out. Therapy can also be helpful if you are feeling confused and asking yourself, “Am I gay?” "Am I trans?" Through therapy, as a lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or gender non-conforming person, you can feel more at peace and free to be who you really are.

Counselling for Stress, Depression and Anxiety:

Therapy is helpful if you have symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression such as: sleep problems, addictions, feelings of sadness or hopelessness, lack of energy, or excessive worry and fears. Counselling can provide you with tools to manage depression, anxiety and stress, and can help you open up to more possibilities in your life.

Tricia has over 20 years counselling experience working with women, the queer community, and those struggling with gender identity, sexual identity, self-esteem, trauma, abuse, depression and anxiety. She provides therapy to those in the Fraser Valley, BC, and her office is easily accessible from Langley, Abbotsford, Surrey, Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.
