Men tend to spend a lot of time trying to solve problems and keep on a brave face. Society sends out all kinds of messages that men should strong by keeping things in, not asking for help, and not being a burden on others. This has led to Men feeling disconnection from themselves and the ones they care about. Do you find yourself in isolation with your problems, tend to keep your pain to yourself, or just want to feel more connected? Do you spend a lot of time and energy trying to out think your problems? If you want to find more peace and personal security, you're not alone.
I offer a blend of conversation, support, and challenge. My goal with each session is to guide you toward better understanding and trusting yourself. I use a body based approach to help you face what's bothering you and feel like you cant move through it.
