How long will this last? Am I doomed to feel like this forever? It’s possible that you may be asking these questions. You might also be feeling alone - like no one else truly understands what you’re going through. Your worries play over and over in your head like a broken record, and you can't seem to just enjoy life and be yourself. Maybe you even feel like you’re broken.

Underneath all these thoughts and feelings might be your deepest fear - that there’s something fundamentally wrong with you, that your whole life will be like this, or that somehow your brain just “doesn’t work right.” And what you're really seeking is peace, happiness, and connection. You want to feel joy again, and worry less.

My goal is to provide two things for you. The first is specific tools and coping strategies that can help you feel better, right now. I hold a Master of Counselling Psychology from Adler University in Vancouver, and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#16632). Prior to pursuing a career in mental health, I attended the University of Victoria where I completed a Master of Music (2013). As of January 2025, I have provided over 5,000 hours of counselling therapy.
