Practice Information

With over six years of experience in the social services sector, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. Understanding our emotions and what they need is a vital part of growth. Yet, old patterns, past traumas, anxiety, and societal pressures to "stay positive" often suppress what truly needs to be expressed. These suppressed emotions can show up in many ways—anger, anxiety, depression, addictions, or over committing. My goal is to create a safe space where emotions can be fully felt and processed, allowing past wounds to release their hold on us.

My approach is rooted in humanistic and existential principles, conceptualized through Emotion Focused Therapy. This theory integrates emotion, cognitive, attachment, interpersonal, psychodynamic, and narrative theory. This fusion of perspectives empowers me to offer a comprehensive and individualized approach to therapy that honours your unique journey.

I invite you to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and personal growth with me. Together, we'll navigate the challenges you're facing and unearth pathways to a more fulfilling and authentic life. Remember, you're not alone; I'm here to provide support every step of the way.
