Practice Information

It’s no small thing to open up the deepest and scariest parts of ourselves. Just showing up to a therapy session can be a nervous process, and working towards healing takes bravery. I want to be the person that walks beside you through that process so you can be confident that when you take that leap toward change, there’s someone there with you to lend empathy, compassion, and judgment-free support.

I know the way I earn that chance looks different for each person, but I believe there are a few common themes. To me, being a good therapist means offering insight instead of telling you how you feel, being your teammate and your guide instead of your drill sergeant, and helping create self-accountability instead of being your ‘yes man.’

If you want to see whether we’d be a good fit, book a free 15-minute consultation below. There’s no obligation to book full sessions – that time is simply so you can decide whether you’d like to work together.
