Practice Information

I am currently accepting new client and have availability for in-person, virtual or telephone appointments

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do you need more support or access to new resources? Whatever you are going through I can help you to connect to supports that improve your situation and ability to function.

Counselling can help you to address issues by creating a safe, non-judgmental, confidential space for you to address life’s challenges.

I use an integrative therapeutic approach that incorporates several different therapeutic modalities working with individuals and families.  I work with a variety of issues such as, anxiety, depression, situational crisis’s, grief and loss, transitions, caregiver fatigue and stress and burn out.

I rely on interpersonal therapy and incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy in my approach. Each of these therapies can offer a range of techniques and approaches to teach you new ways of facing situations.

I believe in giving you the tools to build a better and more sustainable life helping you feel ready to face life’s toughest challenges. Often verbalizing your problems to another supportive and trained person can help you to see them in a new light.

Everyone can benefit from counselling and more support. It can help you to view things differently and integrate different parts of yourself to help you feel more whole.
