Practice Information

Do you struggle with self-esteem, anxiety or depression? Have you ever felt judged or misunderstood for being different? This type of stress can make you feel alone, hopeless, and not good enough. Add immigration, culture shock, and socio-economic struggles into the mix, and life can feel quite daunting at times.

I’m Julie, and I believe that your unique lived experiences and challenges can be powerful tools for personal growth. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to discover your path toward healing and desired change.

I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals, including teens and parents. I use a client-centred and culturally responsive approach, integrating various evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based CBT, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), attachment science, and self-compassion. Together, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and determine the most appropriate ways to support your goals, taking into account your unique cultural background, lived experience, and personal values. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where you can feel empowered to do so.

If you’re ready, take the first step towards healing by reaching out today. Together, we can begin creating the change you seek.
