Uncover Your Potential on Life's Journey!
Are you overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, loneliness or low self-esteem? Are you stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—whether it’s people-pleasing, avoidance, procrastination, or addictive behaviors? Struggling to navigate relationships or maybe you're feeling helpless watching your child wrestle with anxiety?
I’m Jessica Miskiewicz, MA, RCC, RP(Q) dedicated to helping individuals uncover their potential and live in alignment with their values. I help clients confront what’s holding them back and equip them with practical tools to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create a life driven by purpose and meaning. Together, we can work through life’s challenges and help you navigate your personal journey with clarity and confidence.
Life is not meant to be easy—it’s meant to have meaning, purpose, and adventure. Challenges are an inevitable part of the journey, offering the opportunity to uncover strength that you may not even realize you possess.
Therapeutic Approach
I use a biopsychosocial lens in therapy, recognizing that each person is uniquely complex—shaped by both their innate qualities and life experiences. I take a holistic approach to mental health that honors this individuality, addressing the interconnections of biological, psychological, and social influences.
By integrating latest insights from neuroscience, along with evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy, I help clients understand the root of their struggles and develop practical strategies for meaningful change.
