Life’s transitions—starting a new job, becoming a parent, moving, or navigating changes in relationships—can be both exciting and overwhelming. Even positive changes can bring uncertainty, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion. If you’re feeling stuck or struggling to adjust, you don’t have to go through it alone—I’m here to help.
As a counselor, I provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore your emotions, build self-compassion, and develop tools to manage life’s ups and downs. I specialize in maternal mental health, including postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, infertility, miscarriage, and loss. I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
Everyone’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to your needs, using evidence-based therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based techniques. My goal is to offer support, empathy, and guidance while empowering you to move forward with confidence.
