Navigate Your Relationships, Emotions, and Identity with Clarity”

Do you feel disconnected from yourself or others, stuck in the same painful patterns, or weighed down by cultural and personal expectations? Many of my clients feel isolated, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward. Whether it’s navigating family dynamics, healing relationship conflicts, or finding your own voice, I provide a compassionate space where you can feel truly seen and supported.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating complex personal and relational challenges:

For Individuals: You may feel overwhelmed by family expectations, relationship stress, or work pressures. You’re looking for more than just a listening ear—you want insight and guidance to help you understand your emotions, recognize patterns, and express your needs authentically.

For Couples: Many of the partners I work with feel stuck in repetitive arguments, disconnected, or unsure how to rebuild trust. Whether it’s communication barriers, cultural differences, or past hurts, I help couples foster deeper emotional bonds and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

For Families: I guide parents and adult children in healing from misunderstandings caused by cultural and generational gaps. Together, we work on rebuilding trust, repairing relationships, and creating mutual understanding.

My approach is culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and attachment-based. Whether you’re looking to heal from past hurts, navigate cultural expectations, or strengthen your relationships, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where your unique experiences are honored. Counseling is available in English and Mandarin to ensure you feel fully understood.

Specializations:

• Resolving relational conflicts (friends, intimate partners and families)

• Navigating cultural and generational differences

• LGBTQ+ affirming care

• Emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, and work stress

• Healing past hurts and fostering authenticity

A Little About Me:

As a BIPOC, queer-identified therapist from Taiwan, I understand how cultural expectations, identity exploration, and family dynamics intersect. My lived experiences as a 1.5 immigrant and professional expertise allow me to approach your challenges with empathy and understanding.

Let’s Connect:

Feeling stuck, disconnected, or unheard can be painful, but it doesn’t have to be permanent. Let’s work together to create the clarity, connection, and balance you’re seeking. You can book a consultation directly through the scheduling link on my website. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.”
