Practice Information

On the surface you put on a brave face, but you’re exhausted and can’t ignore the pressure of your built-up emotions.  You’re tired of falling back into your old patterns of behaviour and you’re looking for ways to reconnect with yourself, identity and values.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) registered with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and completed my Master’s at Simon Fraser University (SFU).  I work with individuals experiencing emotional, behavioural and social challenges such as: anxiety, stress, relationship, parenting, anger expression, performance and have a particular interest in cultural identity/adaptation, men’s issues and grief and loss.  I work largely from a person-centred approach incorporating aspects of CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to provide experiential interventions and emotional regulation techniques.

I would consider it a privilege to work alongside you towards your goals.  If you have any questions or want to get a better sense of whether working with me would be a good fit, please reach out to me via e-mail for a free 15-minute consultation.  I look forward to hearing from you.
