Greetings! My name is Judith. I have over twenty years of experience helping women find relief from the debilitating effects of panic, anxiety and depression.

You may have anxiety if:

  • your stomach constantly churns
  • you fidget or can’t stay still
  • you regularly wonder “what if this happens”
  • your breathing is irregular or quicker than usual
  • you feel sweaty or experience hot flashes
  • you feel faint, dizzy or lightheaded 
  • you feel tightness in your chest

You may have depression if:

  • you are easily irritable or crabby
  • you feel there is no joy in life
  • you sleep too much or too little
  • you find it difficult to focus or concentrate 
  • you isolate yourself from your family and friends 
  • you have lost interest in activities you once enjoyed
  • you wish you could die

With appropriate therapy, anxiety and depression can be temporary states of being, not permanent. I know. I experienced several years of panic attacks and many bouts of depression. Therapy helped. I now live the life I want, not the life I once lived that was restricted by anxiety and depression.
