Greetings! My name is Judith. I have over twenty years of experience helping women find relief from the debilitating effects of panic, anxiety and depression.
You may have anxiety if:
- your stomach constantly churns
- you fidget or can’t stay still
- you regularly wonder “what if this happens”
- your breathing is irregular or quicker than usual
- you feel sweaty or experience hot flashes
- you feel faint, dizzy or lightheaded
- you feel tightness in your chest
You may have depression if:
- you are easily irritable or crabby
- you feel there is no joy in life
- you sleep too much or too little
- you find it difficult to focus or concentrate
- you isolate yourself from your family and friends
- you have lost interest in activities you once enjoyed
- you wish you could die
With appropriate therapy, anxiety and depression can be temporary states of being, not permanent. I know. I experienced several years of panic attacks and many bouts of depression. Therapy helped. I now live the life I want, not the life I once lived that was restricted by anxiety and depression.
