If you are feeling overwhelmed or stuck, you are not alone. Life can be difficult to navigate, and sometimes, we need a little extra support. Maybe you are struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, ADHD/ADD, addiction, trauma, or challenges in your relationships. Perhaps you feel like you keep repeating the same patterns but are unsure how to move forward. Whatever you are going through, you deserve kindness, understanding, and a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment.
As your counsellor, I will meet you where you are, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative because I believe healing happens when you feel safe and understood. Together, we will explore your experiences, help you build resilience, and find ways for you to feel more in control of your emotions and relationships. My goal is to help you deepen self-awareness, nurture self-compassion, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so we will work together to find what feels right for you—whether that means developing practical coping tools, processing past experiences, or learning how to set boundaries and communicate more effectively.
I know that reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially if you are unsure of what to expect. That is why I offer a free, confidential consultation where you can ask questions, learn more about the therapy process, and see if we are a good fit. You do not have to do this alone.
