Counselling Practice Website
Practice Information
Periods of struggle, challenge, or feeling stuck inevitably occur throughout our lives. Whether
you’ve gone through a life transition, are experiencing low mood, heightened anxieties,
relationship challenges, or confusing emotions, I am here to support you during these difficult
times. I believe that you are the expert of your own situations and life experiences, and that my
role as a counsellor is to walk alongside you on your journey of discovery and to support you in
identifying and opening doors that may have been previously hidden or locked. During our time
together we will work collaboratively to explore your thoughts and emotions, become curious
about - and identify - patterns in your life, search for meaning, and work towards positive and
sustainable change that is right for you and that speaks to your own unique strengths.
I am humbled and excited to work with people of all backgrounds and identities: I will
continually strive to foster an inclusive therapeutic environment grounded in mutual respect,
authenticity, curiosity, and hope that allows you to feel safe, heard, and seen as your true self. I
work through a person-centered lens, and during our time together I will pull from difference
therapeutic modalities when appropriate to support in creating a unique approach that works
best for you, your strengths, and your goals.
