Are you feeling stuck in the same unhelpful patterns? Is it becoming more and more difficult to live through anxiety, depression or emotional overwhelm? Reaching out can be hard, but it's the first step towards living a more intentional, fulfilling and joyful life. Conducting in-person therapy in Vancouver, or virtual counselling throughout BC, my approach to therapy is to meet you where you're at with a non-judgemental, curious and empathetic stance. Using concrete tools, I work with clients to build self-acceptance and resilience, while nurturing the belief that meaningful change is possible.
I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to mental health counselling, whether you're navigating challenges like low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, ADHD or trauma, or seeking more clarity in your life. I also offer couples therapy, where we'll create a space for honest communication helping both partners feeling heard and respected.
