Practice Information
Beginning therapy with a new clinician can be a process in itself, but establishing a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to ensuring meaningful and effective sessions. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with 10 years of experience, and I deeply value the power of a safe and supportive space.
In my practice, I believe that healing and growth emerge when we can connect with our body, emotions, and mindful awareness. For me, psychotherapy is more than just a process - it's a tool for gaining clarity, understanding ourselves more fully, and navigating life's challenges with greater ease.
My approach is rooted in collaboration, working alongside clients to cultivate curiosity and self-compassion. I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply seen and heard, allowing them to explore their experiences with openness and authenticity.
If you're seeking a counselling experience that honours both the mind and body while fostering meaningful insight, I'd love to support you.
